Refunds
Refunds are the excess of funds from financial assistance after all tuition, fees, bookstore, etc. charges have been paid. Financial Aid will be posted to your account the first week of class. Your refund will automatically be processed within seven business days. Financial Aid adjustments due to enrollment status changes will continue to be processed thru the census date.
Financial Aid Delivery
Our school delivers your refund with First Carolina Bank (formerly BankMobile Disbursements), a technology solution, powered by BMTX, Inc.
To ensure proper delivery of information from BMTX, Inc. log in to Workday and verify your primary address is correct.
In order to receive a refund, you must select a Refund Preference with BankMobile. After the school sends your information to BankMobile, you’ll receive an email to your UAMS campus email from BankMobile. This email will contain instructions for selecting your Refund Preference. When asked for your student id, you’ll need to enter your Workday Student ID (not your GUS ID).
