- Last month’s meeting wasn’t held due to the holidays

- All Representatives should sign in the chat-box
Nakia Dedner – Director, Campus Life and Student Support Services
- Kaeleigh Crutchfield is the new Student Services Manager
- Student Health Insurance Spring verification is ongoing
- Jan 29th is the Deadline for Jr & Sr. Medical, PA, Pharmacy, Early Nursing Students
- Feb. 12th is the deadline for other students.
- HOLDS will be placed on student accounts for non-compliance to deadlines – THIS WILL BE STRICKLY ADHERED TO FOR THE SPRING SEMESMTER.
- Student are encouraged to utilize the services of the UAMS Pantry services
- Plans are on the way for spring programs/activities
Kaeleigh Crutchfield – Student Services Manager
- Programs and activities for the spring semester will commence soon updates in the UAMS APP.
Jennifer Mondragon – Stocked and Reddie Manager
- Students should sign-up to get food support from the pantry. It is a UAMS all student service. NO RESTRICTION, NO JUDGMENT
- Volunteers are welcome to serve
- Students can get credit hours for volunteering services
- Pop-up food pantry at the student center is on for consideration.
Other matters/Q&A
- Chimezie Finian Nwadinigwe, a licensed Soccer Referee, offered to assist with the upcoming soccer tournaments.
- Representatives ask questions on delivery and other services offered at the stocked and ready food pantry. All question were responded to by Stocked and Reddie Manager.
- Representatives who will be absents or has conflicts with meeting times should reach-out to the ASG representative coordinator or the ASG President at least a week prior to meeting.
- All Representatives are now required to give a 1–2-minute report/Updates from their college/class during the meeting this could be concerns, suggestions, appreciation, etc. for the ASG to consider or implement.
- In the case of more than one representative for a college/class. The representatives should liaise among themselves to present a unified report/update in the meeting.
