Monthly Application Procedures
- Print and complete a guest application.
- Mail, fax or email the application to the housing office. Office email address is CampusLife@uams.edu.
- Incomplete applications will not be considered.
- Reservations based on availability.
Check-In Procedures
Guests should check in at the Residence Hall Administration Building, located at 4601 W. Markham.
Check-In Time
Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Closed on weekends and holidays.
Cancellation Policy
A $50 charge will be deducted from the deposit for all cancellations.
Short-Term Guest (Less than 30 days’ stay)
We will gladly cancel your reservation if you notify us by noon local time the day before your scheduled arrival. If you do not cancel your reservation within the cancellation window or fail to arrive at the Residence Hall, your credit card will be charged for one night’s stay.
Long-Term Guest (30 days or longer)
A notice of five business days is required for an arrival date change request. Approval granted based on room readiness and availability.
Payment Methods
Make checks payable to: UAMS Housing
Short-term stay: $35 application fee; rent due upon check-in
Long-term stay: $35 application fee and $200 deposit; rent due upon check-in
Faxed Applications
If paying by credit card, applications can be faxed to 501-686-7468. Credit card information must be included: credit card type, name on card, credit card number, and expiration date.
IDT
Departments paying deposit or rent by IDT must contact the Residence Hall Business Manager at 501-686-5852.
Hand-Delivered Applications
Acceptable payment methods for hand-delivered applications include:
- exact cash
- credit card
- check
- money order
- cashier’s check
