Mission/Purpose:
NSSLHA is a pre-professional membership association for students interested in the study of communication sciences and disorders. Mission/Purpose:
The aim of the Sports Medicine Volunteer Program (SMVP) is to expose the UAMS students to the expansive fields of operative and non-operative Sports Medicine while enabling the students to assist sports medicine physicians with the care of the team or even participants. UAMS Simulation in Medicine (SIM)
Mision/Purpose:
The purpose of our organization shall be to cultivate the personal and professional growth of students in UAMS COM who are interested in improving clinical, analytical, and communication skills through practicing for and competing in simulation competitions. Students will be taught diagnostic, practical, and reasoning skills from guest physicians via the use of simulation cases, and practice these during meetings.
