Semester Housing Contracts
Student housing contracts are binding for the entire academic semester for which a student is enrolled in school. The duration of a student contract is based on the academic calendar of each college or graduate school. Students may live in the Residence Hall year-round and are not required to vacate during breaks or summer.

Unit Types
Duplex Dorm
Single room w/semi-private bath, twin bed & basic style furnishings. Shared community kitchen & laundry facility.
Studio Apartment
Single room w/private bath, twin bed, kitchenette & basic dorm style furnishings. Shared laundry facility.
One Bedroom Apartment
Separate bedroom, full-sized bed, living/dining/kitchen combination, private bath, dishwasher, washer/dryer and basic dorm-style furniture.
