• Visit the website to sign up for Academic coaching, peer tutoring, or writing assistance

Arkansas Travelers Game

Intramural Golf

• Free two-man scramble tournament
• Online signup, deadline to sign up is Friday 16th at 12:00 pm

• An institution-wide student survey will be emailed from the Registers office Friday, September 16th, and will be open until October 4th
• This anonymous survey is only sent out every two years, the focus is to ensure that student needs are met
Hannah Hunt Expectations of ASG Representatives
• Attend all ASG monthly meetings (will be held virtually)
• Report pertinent information back to respected colleges and assigned officers
• Lead by example by following all student compliance guidelines in a timely fashion
• Participate in student initiatives sponsored by ASG and encourage others to participate as well
• Uphold the Student Code of Conduct on and off campus
• Any excused meeting must be submitted in written format to the ASG secretary, Lakyn Webb,
and Nakia Dedner prior to meeting time
• Before the end of the term, the representative must explain duties to incoming representatives
• Representatives not meeting expectations are reported to their college dean and discharged
from the ASG. Please inform us asap if you cannot meet the above guidelines
• Post student events on the student event app
• We would like reps to send officers info to post onto App about organizations and upcoming
events for their colleges
Arkansas Travelers Tickets and Game
• Ticket Sale 9/14-9/15 in Student Center, $2 each (2 tickets per ID) Bring Exact change (11:30am-12:30pm)
• Game Day Friday, September 16th, at 6 pm
Nakia Dedner Special Announcement 5 min.
• Cheri Goforth-Warmack, Director of Campus Life is retiring at the end of the month after 20 years of service to UAMS
• Volunteers are needed to assist in help sell Arkansas Travelers Tickets and to distribute food boxes on Thursday September 15th from 11:30 am – 12:30 pm in the Student Center
